# Diet Flowchart (50g Carbs - Lowering Carbs Diet - YYYY/MM/DD) ## Flexible and lowering carbs: [150g](../Carbs-150g-2020-11-02) [100g](../Carbs-100g-2020-12-02) [50g](../Carbs-50g-YYYY-MM-DD) ## Instructions - The meals can be easily opened and copied over to today in MyFitnessPal. You may see an old day holding multiple meals - the meals are generally sorted alphabetically by restaurant - Note that the macros and cals may be outdated because the meals are adjusted all the time. - Focus on the carbs and proteins when finding a meal. For carbs, the meal may not meet the carb so you may need to eat complex carb snacks but the meal carb is planned so you can reasonably make up the carbs without eating much. ## The Week - Continue lowering carbs even more, from 150-170g carbs, to now 50-80g carbs, while under lockdown condition. You'll be borderline ketogenic. - Have hospital shifts, and Tues/Thurs classes 7pm-930pm (be mindful that some places don't get orders at late night) ## Goal - Aim for 2000-2300 calories daily. - Carbs are 50g-80g carbs. Try to have more 50g days in a week. - Proteins are >105g. At 165lb, 105g proteins is the least you need for muscle gain. ## *A.
